Our Approach
At the start of each project, you will be assigned one of our Glazing Managers, who will complete the scope of work and agree a schedule and price. This ensures we can deliver the contract on time and to budget, meeting the most exacting of standards in the process.
Using our experience and the knowledge of our supply chain, we will offer solutions to complex issues, often saving our customers time and money over the duration of the project.

History
J Edwards Glass has been serving the West Midlands since 1920 and, some 100 years on, the founding principles of craftmanship and excellent customer service still remain an integral part of our business.
These are complemented by modern glazing techniques and investment in the latest materials, giving the client the best possible solution to their glazing requirements

Every year, we appoint a chosen charity and all of our staff are encouraged to take part in fundraising activities to support this organisation. We are passionate about supporting both local and national projects and have used our skills ‘pro bono’ to help bring buildings back to life.

Commercial Glazing
We deliver high quality commercial glazing installations for offices, retail space, leisure venues and industrial units.
As a CHAS registered member, all of our glazers are first aid trained and complete annual asbestos awareness training.
Domestic Installations
We have been completing domestic installations for over 100 years. Today we offer the following:

Secondary Glazing Installations

24 Hour 365 days Emergency call out
As part of our commitment to you, the customer, we operate a 24-hour/365 days per year Emergency Repair Service.
Just a simple phone call will get you through to one of our experienced fitters, who will commission a team to come out and board up the broken shopfront, window or door.
We will then order the replacement glass and install it as soon as possible so that everything is back to its original condition.
